Donna and James were wonderfully hospitable and tailored everything to our needs. Tasty Irish breakfast with high quality ingredients. Donna was very happy to accommodate my unusual food intolerances. The whole B&B seemed freshly decorated with beautiful, quality curtains. Our bed was comfy and we slept very well. Donna gave great advice about where to go, what to do and how best to go about it. Donna and James, thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay.

Very comfortable and wonderful hospitality from Donna and James. Location fabulous, just a short bus trip into the city centre (No. 7) but also some nice pubs and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Belfast.

Donna and James are excellent hosts. They have beautiful rooms and a delicious breakfast. A wonderful B&B in a quiet neighborhood, easily accessible by bus.

It is an absolute pristine, beautiful, well maintained and cared for property. Donna and James were personal and gracious ensuring our stay was comfortable and our experience in Belfast enjoyable. And it was and we were. The room was sweet, beds comfortable and breakfast delicious!

There wasn’t much at all we did not like. If I had to comment it would only be the duvet covers were a bit heavy for this time of year. But we would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!!

Very quiet area yet close to several arterial roads into Belfast city centre. Donna and James were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I was made to feel st home from.the moment I arrived.

We had a fabulous time at Roseleigh house. Donna and James are wonderful hosts, very warm and welcoming, they went to a lot of effort to make our stay feel like a home from home. We had some great conversations and they were very helpful with recommendations and tips about the local area. The room was well laid out, spotlessly clean with everything we needed and very comfy beds. Breakfast is superb, freshly cooked with top quality ingredients and the choice is excellent. The house is in a beautiful quiet neignbourhood yet a short walk away from the Ormeau Rd which has some great pubs and restaurants. Belfast City centre is a just a short bus ride away. We loved our time in Belfast, Donna and James helped to make it a special and memorable experience for us, we hope to return! Isabel and Eamon x

Donna & Jim were perfect hosts; thoroughly enjoyed our after breakfast conversations. Bus stop was a short five minute walk; then a 15 minute ride into town. Eliminated driving in their hectic traffic. The local Parador Pub and Errigle Inn were a hit. HIGHLY recommend staying at Roseleigh House; would definitely stay there again !!!

Donna, qui n'était pas seulement une hôtesse exemplaire, portait aussi le chapeau de l'office du Tourisme. Grâce à elle je prenais des bus et ma voiture est restée au garage.

We loved everything! Donna and James were the perfect hosts - friendly, helpful and the perfect team. Breakfasts were wonderful and the rooms so nice and comfy. Lovely neighborhood. Absolutely would stay here again!

The hosts Donna and James are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was bright and airy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the quality of food was excellent. I will certainly be booking again in the future.
