The following Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings. We kindly request you to take a few minutes and read them.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a five day cancellation policy. This means that if you need to cancel a reservation, you must do so five days or more before 12noon on the day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation within the five day period, we will charge the full amount for the accommodation. Please note that departures earleir than scheduled are also treated as a cancellation; therefore, the cancellation policy will apply.
Reservation & Payment
The credit / debit card used to make the reservation will be charged five days prior to the arrival date. If the card fails, your booking will be cancelled. If you wish, you may rebook with valid card details.
Check-in / Arrival
Please complete the guest registration form, which will be emailed to you, prior to your arrival.
Check-in on the day of arrival is between 4pm and 8pm, but we like to be flexible. Guests who arrive early are welcome to park in our car-park.
Guests are required to present photo identifcation and credit card upon check-in.
Use of Facilities
Only guests that are checked in to Roseleigh House may use the house facilities.
Group Reservations
We welcome bookings seven days a week from individual guests, business and leisure travellers, private parties and sports groups.
As a courtesy to all our guests, Roseleigh House does not accept bookings from Stags / Hens or Nightclubbers. Any rooms booked online for these purposes will not be refunded,
We do not have a family room at Roseleigh House.
Smoking
Roseleigh House is a strict non-smoking house. A surcharge of £200 will be applied to the room charge for anyone smoking within the house.
Car-parking
We have free car-parking at the rear of the property. Use of the car-park is done so at the owner's risk.
